While RMC offers traditional project-based and consulting services, Pamela recognized a demand for a comprehensive marketing department. This insight led to the establishment of Rogan Marketing and Communications, which provides clients with a well-rounded marketing approach.

With a diverse background spanning real estate, medical, pharmaceuticals, financial services, human resources, construction, travel, non-profits, and many other industries, Pamela’s extensive experience benefits her company and the corporations they serve. Known for her natural leadership and team-building skills, Pamela fosters a collaborative environment where “Blue Sky” thinking is encouraged without judgment.

While in New York City, Pamela successfully managed two in-house advertising departments/agencies and turned around a struggling third agency, ultimately acquiring and revitalizing it. Her strong business development skills have consistently delivered high results for her company and clients.
